Meet Junior (Eddie) Sanchez
Junior Sanchez brings more than 25 years of executive-level operations leadership to JRS Security Solutions & Consulting, a background that sets him apart in an industry often dominated by tactical experience alone.
As Vice President of Operations at Account Control Technology, Junior helped scale the company from $14M to $365M in annual revenue over nine years, leading multi-site operations, regulatory compliance, and a successful 2019 private equity sale. He built quality control and audit programs from the ground up, managed teams of 680+ employees, and represented the company in federal regulatory meetings with the FCC and CFPB. That same operational discipline, planning, risk management, performance standards, and command under pressure, now drives how JRS approaches every security engagement.
Since 2024, Junior has served as Operations and Security Lead for high-profile corporate, political, financial, and entertainment events, leading programs for conferences of 1,000 to 2,000 attendees and managing security teams of up to 15 agents and 5 drivers per engagement. His event security work has included VIP operations for a Bruce Springsteen concert engagement, where a team member he selected was retained for the remainder of the artist's tour, a direct marker of his standards for team selection and performance. Junior provides individual executive protection for C-suite clients and dignitaries, and maintains certifications in Executive and VIP Protection, Defensive Tactics, Firearms Proficiency, and Medical Response (CPR / First Aid / TCCC).
